'Fit Notes replacing Sick Notes'

Did you know that GPs will be issuing some patients with 'Fit Notes'  or 'Statements of Fitness for Work' rather than Sick Notes (Medical statements) as from 6 April 2010.  This may well have implications for employers' Sickness and Absence policies.
